Who We Are

ProPreserve is provided by Equity Preservation Services LLC. This policy explains how ProPreserve handles information for users of the mobile app, field portal, admin portal, and related services.

Information We Collect

Depending on your role and how the app is used, ProPreserve may collect:

• Account information, such as username, name, role, contact details, and authentication/session information.
• Work order information, such as job numbers, property addresses, instructions, notes, status updates, checklist responses, and assigned users.
• Photos, videos, and documentation captured or uploaded by users, including related filenames, tags, timestamps, quality-review data, and upload status.
• Location-related information when users choose or permit location-based documentation, such as GPS coordinates or address information attached to field media or work records.
• Device, usage, and diagnostic information, such as app version, connection status, logs, error details, and information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, secure, and maintain ProPreserve.
• Authenticate users and manage role-based access.
• Create, assign, complete, review, and archive work orders.
• Upload, store, display, and review field photos and videos.
• Support quality control, client reporting, and operational records.
• Troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and improve reliability.
• Meet legal, contractual, accounting, and compliance obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We do not use ProPreserve data for third-party advertising. We may share information only as needed for the app and related property preservation work, including with:

• Authorized administrators, managers, vendors, clients, and reviewers who need the information for work order coordination, completion, quality control, or reporting.
• Service providers that help us host the app, store files, manage databases, send operational notifications, secure accounts, or provide technical support.
• Government agencies, courts, clients, insurers, or other parties when required by law, contract, dispute resolution, or safety needs.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect ProPreserve data. These include role-based access, password hashing, session controls, controlled upload flows, and hosted infrastructure protections. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to limit access to people and providers who need it for legitimate business purposes.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account, work order, media, and operational records for as long as needed to provide ProPreserve, complete property preservation work, support client reporting, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and satisfy legal or contractual obligations.

To request account or data deletion, contact equitypres@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for legal, contractual, accounting, audit, safety, or work-completion purposes.

Children

ProPreserve is intended for business and field-service use by authorized users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as ProPreserve changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and publish the revised policy at this URL.
